Position Summary:
Penske Truck Leasing is seeking full-time paid Interns to join our learning design team in the summer of 2025!

These opportunities will be full-time (40 hrs. per week), generally Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In these various positions you will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects with a cross functional team of knowledgeable professionals.
In addition to responsibility for various assignments and projects related to their field of study, Graduate Interns may be eligible to participate in Penske's Cooperative Internship Program. This is a separate program where these Interns will participate in events throughout the summer program that revolve around the three main pillars of the program: Community Service, Social Networking, and Professional Development.
This position is fully remote and pays $30/hourly.
Job Qualifications:
• Student must be pursuing and/or completing master's degree in an accredited program in instructional design or a related field
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, Articulate, Storyline and RISE
• Solid understanding of time management and ability to multitask
• Ability to interface professionally with all levels in the organization
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Willingness to work the required schedule, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
