Position: Mobile Patrol Security Guard

Status: Full Time – 84 hours bi-weekly
Hours: Week 1 - Sun 1600-2400, Mon 1600-2400, Wed 0000-0830, Thurs 0000-0830
Week 2 - Sun 1600-2400, Mon 1600-2400, Wed 0000-0830, Thurs 0000-0830, Fri 0000-0830
Pay Rate: $18.35/hr - 0 to 3 months
$18.75/hr - 3months to 1 year
$19.60/hr - 1 year +
Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement – calculated after 88 hours bi-weekly
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid G Class license.
- Must provide a clean drivers abstract. No convictions and no demerits in the last 3 years.
- Valid Ontario Security Licence
- Previous security experience is an asset
- Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred
- Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
- First Aid, CPR Level C
- Completion of Paladin Mobile Patrol Training Program (LMS Courses)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Completing patrols
- Responding to alarms and service calls
- Conducting property inspections
- Reporting any issues or concerns

- Driver's Licence
- Mobile Training
- Mobile Alarm Response Training
