Security Guard HIRING EVENT 

Join us at our next Hiring Fair on Jan 9 2026 Friday.  

Due to our continued growth, Paladin Security is looking to hire Security Officers for our Transalta Team in Wabmun AB. 

We will be holding a Hiring Fair at Stony Plain Community Centre, Stony Plain, AB from 10 am – 2 pm, which will provide you a great opportunity for any interested candidates to come by and meet with our HR team. If you or anyone you know is interested in stimulating, customer-service oriented work with our community, Come and Join us at this hiring event.

Role Overview:  

• Position: Security Guard 
• Location of Work: Wabamun, AB 
• Environment: Industrial site (TransAlta) 

Compensation & Bonuses:  

Eligible candidates may earn up to **$500** in bonuses: 

• $250 Joining Bonus for candidates holding a valid Alberta Security License at the time of hire 
• $250 Bonus after successful completion of three (3) months of employment 

Qualifications:  

• Minimum 1 year of security experience is required 
• Dispatch experience required 
• Previous industrial security experience or in a related field is required 
• Holding an Alberta Security License, or can obtain a valid Alberta Security License 
• Class 5 Advanced Driver's License (GDL is not advanced)

• Valid Alberta Security License (if applicable)
