Overview

Under the general direction of the Media Manager, this individual will develop a high-level view of our marketing operations and procedures and implement new processes to eliminate inefficiency, improve client relationships, manage the department finances and budgeting, assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and partner with Marketing Specialists and stakeholders to ensure all marketing initiatives progress and deadlines are met in support of overall business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration among teams to develop fully integrated marketing initiatives that achieve desired outcomes.
  • Implement new processes to improve marketing department efficiency, working closely with the Integrated Project Management function.
  • Develop and implement project plans and campaign documentation based on marketing stakeholder requirements.
  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing Project Manager to track and ensure quality and timeliness of marketing activities, while confirming assets are adequately reviewed, approved, and archived.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to effective project communication, documentation, risk assessment, and resource prioritization.
  • Manage vendor contracts and marketing budget, including expense tracking and reporting monthly budget reconciliation.
  • Oversee marketing ROI reports for management and work with all parts of the Marketing Team to help bridge the gap between data collection and effective data presentation to internal stakeholders, the Marketing Team, and OnPoint leadership.
  • Support the planning, development, and publishing of advertising and promotional materials. Maintain and update material as needed.
  • Manage targeted direct mail marketing initiatives – including member prequalification program – by maintaining an annual schedule and coordinating design, copy updates, printing, and fulfillment.
  • Manage marketing, operational, sales, and regulatory member print communication, including copyediting, printing, and delivering member letters, statement messages, statement inserts, custom flyers and member agreements.
  • Coordinate communication, scheduling, tracking, trafficking, and planning among vendors and agencies, ensuring campaigns, tactics, and deadlines are met.
  • Assist with developing, and communicating Marketing plans, promotional recaps, creative briefs, project recommendations, and presentations.
  • Assist in market research and suggest recommendations for programs and services to increase market penetration.
  • Contribute to the planning, promoting, and hosting events and promotional activities to engage clients and prospects.
  • Integrate closely with other marketing areas.
  • Ensure all marketing related activities conform to applicable standards and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience working in a marketing capacity, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously and organize and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
  • Experience using Adobe software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards related to financial marketing.
  • Light physical exertion with ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
