NortheastArc-Clinical Services is a nonprofit Medicaid/Medicare-certified home healthcare agency founded in 2003. Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk counties.

1. Continuous Care Nursing: We specialize in providing Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes, schools, or community settings. Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities of their loved one's medical care, ensuring patients can stay at home and avoid hospitalization.
2. Diverse Cases: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.
3. Social-Emotional Well-Being: While managing complex medical care at home is our primary focus, we equally prioritize our patients' social-emotional health. We understand the importance of maintaining family roles and preventing loved ones from becoming the primary “nurse.”

Additionally, to join our team at NortheastArc-Clinical Services, nurses need to meet the following qualifications:

1. Licensure: Nurses must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
