At NorthBay Health, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work hybrid as a key member of the TA Team and will deliver an exceptional “red carpet” experience through the coordination of recruitment, screening, clearance, and a welcoming new hired through a seamless onboarding process. This individual will manage a high-touch, engaging candidate experience as the primary point of contact. Manages contracts and relationships with key Talent Acquisition vendors. Develops processes and procedures around the Talent Acquisition process. Participates in the recruitment, interview, selection, and metrics tracking processes.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred. College level coursework required, work in Human Resources and/or PHR highly desirable.
Experience:
- Two (2) years of experience working in a Human Resources department.
- Experience in working in multiple areas of human resources; experience in recruitment/onboarding required. Previous hospital HR experience preferred.
Skills:
Must demonstrate:
- Highly motivated to contribute to onboarding process that increases candidate engagement, red carpet experience and setting the right foundation for a highly engaged employee.
- A high level of maturity, critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
- Proficient Excel and/or Smartsheet, Intermediate proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet experience required. Must be highly computer literate.
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems preferred
- Experience with HR analytics, KPI and data metrics
- Database Report writing preferred
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be highly organized and efficient
- Must be able to work effectively amidst distractions and multi-task while managing multiple projects
- Positive about work; is cooperative and follows through on commitments

Knowledge:

- 80% sitting with use of computer terminal, phones.

Hours of Work:
- Based on designated FTE based on normal operations Monday-Friday, 0800-1700.
- May be occasionally required to altered work schedule based on business need

Compensation: $35.27 - $42.87 (Max rate is commensurate of 20+ years of experience, based on years of experience in HR, Onboarding and Recruitment)
