At NorthBay Health the Program Manager provides spend management oversight for procedural areas including Perioperative, Ambulatory, Cath Lab, EP Lab, Interventional Radiology and other areas as assigned. Responsible for developing partnerships with procedural leaders, staff, physicians and suppliers to manage spend performance. Responsible for alignment to system agreements, and developing plans and strategies to improve performance. With the AVP Supply Chain, develops and communicates a well-defined category strategy that is designed to provide consistent service and support and to capture savings. Responsible for all supplier facing sourcing activity for the procedural areas which is focused on the execution of category management, contract alignment, product conversions and supplier management. Responsible for management of the GPO portfolio of contracts. Determines the best sourcing path (GPO, RFP, local agreement) to ensure optimal savings. In close collaboration with the AVP Supply Chain, is an integral part of the decision-making body as it relates to supply spend and oversight for procedural areas.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required or minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
Licensure/Certification: Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP) certification preferred. Paralegal experience or certification preferred.
Experience: Prior direct fiscal responsibility for managing and planning expenditures exceeding $50 million per 12-month period. Five years of supply chain leadership experience strongly preferred. Experience knowledge of supplies used in procedural areas strongly preferred. Sourcing/forecast planning, contracting and project management experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of General Supply Chain processes (purchasing, contracting, inventory and logistics.) Finance/Patient Accounting/Revenue Management business processes with strong consulting background & business process reengineering exp. Knowledge of Lawson and other Systems pertinent to SCM.
Technical Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) at a moderate to advanced level. Ability to analyze, interpret and make recommendations based on data.

Hours of Work: Days: Full-Time Monday through Friday. Start and end times and other hours of work are subject to business needs.
Compensation: $115K - $130K (based on years of exp as a Program Manager in Supply Chain)
