A Receivables and Collection Customer Care Associate answers and responds to inbound telephone calls from policyholders and internal departments. A Customer Care Associate provides assistance, superior customer service and monitors policyholder accounts for accurate invoicing.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
Once fully trained, work from home flexibility is available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assistance and customer service in a professional and timely manner to policyholders and internal departments
- Review accounts for accurate invoicing, payments and reimbursements
- Process and verify adjustments to policyholder accounts
- Analyze and review daily reports
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior listening skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Previous call center experience handling inbound calls is a plus
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual skills are a plus
The Salary range for this role is $40,500 - $47,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience and credentials.
