Pay Range: $96,890 – 120,144 annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As NFM's Treasury Manager you will be responsible for the determination of cash requirements, cash concentration, short-term cash investments and maintenance of appropriate cash flow. Establishes short-term borrowing needs and short-term investing initiatives as directed by parent company. Directs and manages banking relationships and financial services partners. Evaluate and implement projects in alignment with the overall strategic plan for NFM. Prepares and analyzes cash entries, financial accounting records, cash flow analysis and forecast, credit agreement compliance and projections. This is a hybrid position working from our Omaha, NE office.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Oversee: Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, ACH, check, wires and account funding
- Evaluate: Monitor and analyze foreign exchange exposures and develop recommended hedging strategies
- Build: Develop hedge recommendations and execute transactions with banks
- Be the Expert: Develop, implement and maintain bank account structures
- Evaluate: Analyze and report on daily cash inflows and outflows in efforts to forecast daily cash flows
- Manage: Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash or prepare necessary revolver documents for draws or payments
- Be Precise: Continuously monitor cash balances including cash forecasting to ensure the organization is able to meet current and future obligations
- Create: Develop and execute short-term funding strategies to minimize interest expense
- Handle: Drive continuous improvement to cash management systems and practices to maximize utilization of cash assets, improve processing efficiency and minimize idle cash balances

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 5 years of experience in finance or treasury management, including working financial investments
- Knowledge of capital and liquidity management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct staff for projects assigned
- Knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet and Word Processing software
- Technical understanding of application software and system concepts and the ability to apply them for the completion of difficult assignments
