Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
Step into a hands-on role where your skills directly support NFM's success. As NFM's Product Repairer, you'll be responsible for inspecting, documenting, and repairing stock merchandise; making sure everything is in top condition. By handling most out-of-warranty repairs on campus and finding efficient solutions for warranty work, you'll help control costs and keep operations running smoothly. It's a chance to take ownership, solve problems, and make a visible impact every day.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Monitor Order parts for stock, floor display and field service department. Order parts for factory shortages. Coordinate with A/E Customer Service staff in obtaining parts for customers
- Manage Determine the best course of action for warranty repair by considering the cost effectiveness of shipping abroad vs. local service, time needed, etc
- Assist Coordinate with serve for R/A's for merchandise with service issues
- Collaborate Call vendors to request parts required to make merchandise available for sale. Make non-warranty repairs when able

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience that has included answering customer questions and concerns on a regular, one-to-one basis
- Basic AC/DC Electronics knowledge gained through completion of Basic AC/DC circuitry coursework
- 6 months of appliance or electronics sales experience, or related experience
- Lift test required: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
- MS Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
- Data entry skills per established department requirements
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
