Pay Range: $74,894 - 92,869 annually

 

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

 

As NFM's Omni Channel Business Insights Analyst II, you will develop and create new capabilities that are designed to drive the delivery and execution of key omni channel strategies.

 

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Monitor: Develop, deliver, and follow up on training to be delivered by trainers for all staff affected by the implementation of new processes
  • Manage: Lead efforts to grow omni channel revenue and optimize costs through market and trend analysis, historical data analysis, best practices research and more
  • Plan: Establish work plans for each phase of implementation, assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
  • Assist: Partner with NFM BI Development Team to implement new data sources, data models and processes needed for analysis
  • Collaborate: Serve as the go-to liaison between the merchandising business and IT to build customized insights and/or to assist on internal systems enhancements

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Prior retail or ecommerce experience preferred
  • 4+ years of experience and/or proven level of expertise and proficiency with the following is required:
    • Development with BI dashboard and visualization tools
    • Working with Relational Databases such as MS SQL Server. Writing SQL scripts
    • Requirements gathering and documentation. Data Validation
  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement or within a functional area of a business, such as distribution/logistics, merchandising, marketing, sales, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience as project leader on multiple projects and projects of medium or greater size, complexity and impact
  • Basic understanding of querying data using SQL
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced developing reports in Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Excellent communicator - skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions
  • Ability to lead, train and mentor
  • Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle records and criminal background check
