Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

 

As Marketing Events/Guest Services Staff at Grandscape, you will assist the Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Manager on preparing for upcoming events, concerts and 3rd party venue rentals. You will work day of coordination and execution of planned activities. 

 

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

 

  • Create the Plan: Assist with all supply prep and loading event setup kits, etc. in advance of upcoming Grandscape marketing events, rentals and concerts  
  • Work the Plan:Assist with coordinating day of activities including setup, teardown, vendor load-in, etc. to bring Grandscape's rentals and events to life
  • Play Your Part: Provide high quality and efficient service to Grandscape customers – be knowledgeable about all aspects of Grandscape and partner programs to ensure products and programs are explained to customers with flawless execution 
  • Capture the Details:Assist in data tracking and reporting for Grandscape events, rentals and concerts – attendance levels, photos of crowds, feedback and responding to guest inquiries
  • Work Smart: Use your resources internally to exceed customer expectations
  • The More You Know: Assist in researching ways for Grandscape to create customers for life

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

 

  • High School Diploma or G.D.E. preferred
  • Course work in marketing, advertising or related field preferred
  • Ongoing, acceptable credit required
  • 6 months to 1-year customer service experience
  • Knowledge of local market (e.g. competitors, charities, etc.) preferred
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and must be detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including navigating the internet
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
