Pay Range: $18.56 - 23.76 hourly   100% Remote   Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle   As NFM's Installation Project Coordinator, you'll be utilizing measure plans and creating installation quotes for customers in all regions. You'll also serve as liaison between the Flooring Order team and Sales team to address refigures and/or customer order follow up.   Job Duties: A Day in the Life Monitor Determine amount of materials or products needed based on measurements provided by the Measure Agents and ensure said products are on order Manage Maintain customer orders associated with measure plan; update as necessary in RFMS software Plan Analyze Measure Plans to create an exact installation quote for Customer Assist Serve as resource to Price Approval Team, Sales Team, and Senior Project Installation Coordinators Collaborate Partner with Senior Installation Coordinators and Management to review specialty questions or unusual requests Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love.   Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? High school diploma or GED preferred 2 years of customer service experience General knowledge RFMS measure and 20/20 software preferred General knowledge of construction and industry standards Ability to read residential floor plans and or blueprints Ability to use Microsoft Office products Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
