The Supply Chain Transformation - Business Architect will be based in Hyderabad, India.

The Supply Chain Transformation Business Architect will be working with different internal cross functional business teams in NEXTracker as well as some of the Business Systems, and Implementation Partner teams. As a Business Architect at Nextracker, you will drive the functional design and direction of supply chain process and system solutions for internal and external stakeholders. You will play a critical role identifying all technology needs of Supply chain business stakeholders. At the same time be part of Implementation and Support of different Supply Chain system solutions as lead product owner on a day-to-day basis. You will be part of the Supply Chain Business team which is responsible for driving the Supply Chain systems Digital Transformation program.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Project Lifecycle Phase - Project conceptualization and RFP for tool / platform selection

• AS IS Process mapping to understand the current state of Business Process and systems alignment. This includes and not limited to activities such as
  • Conduct SIPOC analysis, Identify Process level Gaps, Pain Points and Limitations of current Business Systems tools used by different groups within supply chain team.
  • Define the current state of Supply chain System architecture.
  • Define and analyze metrics, identifying the key levers that have the greatest impact on operational efficiencies.
  • Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods. procedures, and activities.
• Documenting TO BE Process and System Solution Requirements for end-to-end supply chain
  • Define High level Priorities of Processes for solution implementation and create Phase wise implementation plan
  • Create Business Requirement Documents for Process Specific TO BE solution by collaborating with relevant business stakeholders
  • Define High level System Capabilities based on overall Supply Chain group's requirements.
  • Define the future state Supply Chain Systems Architecture 
• Supply Chain Solution/s evaluation
  • Creation of Request for Proposal Document and Coordinate Proposal response.
  • Create Solution and Service Provider Evaluation Scorecard.
  • Define ROI and Provide Recommendations for Solution decision.
  • Documentation to support IT steering committee decision for Project Kickoff
• Annual Planning and Budgeting planned initiatives

• Project Lifecycle Phase - Project Planning, Discovery, Implementation, and Day to day support as a Business SPOC

• Product Owner and Functional Solution Architecture for new Projects. Some of the systems you will work on – Anaplan, NetSuite ERP, Oracle TMS, RPA, Power BI etc.
• Business SPOC with IT for ideation and technical development of innovative supply chain solutions, focusing on standardization of supply chain processes
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for business process improvement, effectively managing costs, integrating new and existing suppliers, and adapting to changes in the business and regulatory environment.
• Estimate landed costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control.
• Build Tools and Dashboards that will help Business Stakeholders gain the right insights to enable timely decision making that will impact company level KPI's.

• Project Lifecycle Phase – User Adoption and Change Management
  • Supporting the change management activities within a structured process framework.
  • Designing the documentation aligning with strategic approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management on Business side.
  • Supporting training and communication as part of change management. Activities may include designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate userbase.
  • Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
  • Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request

Here is some of what you'll need :

• At least 15 years of overall experience in Design, Development, Implementation of Supply chain Business Systems. Relevant experience working on solutions for following process areas
  • Demand and Supply Planning, Materials Requirement Planning 
  • Direct/Indirect Procurement, Inventory Management
  • Materials / Logistics – Sourcing and Contract Management
  • NPI – New Product Introductions
  • Logistics Execution
• Strong Business Acumen with some form of Domain experience in in Supply chain function (Domain Knowledge for Planning, Procurement, Logistics processes)
• Experience of min 2 end to end Supply Chain Business Systems implementation Projects in Business Analyst / Solution Architect role (ERP, TMS, EPM Projects)
• Prior Knowledge / Experience / Certifications in Sales and Operations Planning
• Knowledge of Business requirements documentation and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development, process flow diagrams etc.
• Prior work experience in design, documentation, and execution of Business Systems solution Trainings.
• In-depth functional knowledge of data modeling, data integration, ETL processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
• Knowledge / Experience in Agile Project Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team player who is organized and detail oriented
