Job Description:

New hire will learn all concepts and processes related to the Sales Operations department with a
focus on NetSuite record creations in compliance with company policies and general business
practices.


The hire will create sales orders in NetSuite under the Nextracker Europe/Spain subsidiaries.

When the hire has gained enough knowledge and has proven competency to navigate and work in
NetSuite, he or she will expand responsibilities as a Reporting Analyst where, they will be responsible for producing and managing a portfolio reports and dashboards which will enable the leadership to take informed decisions.

  • 2 + Experience in transactions in an ERP system
  • NetSuite Experience preferred but not required

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do…

  • Gain experience and know-how in NetSuite and create sales orders as well as SO maintenance.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the quote-to-cash process and Intercompany transactions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business domain knowledge.
  • Develop interactive reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • MIS Reporting – manage portfolio of dashboards and report with Sales Ops team.
  • Understanding business needs and producing reports/dashboard by analysis of data.
  • Track sales activities using Salesforce.com & Power BI
  • Generate Sales reports & presentations, + present them to a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • BI + NetSuite and Salesforce report creation and maintenance
  • Manage CRM system reporting, improvements, modifications, and automation.
  • CRM record clean-up and data scrubbing
  • Identify market opportunities and work in sync with Sales Ops team to analyze.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates on NX products.
  • Respond to company-wide ad hoc requests for data and reporting.

 Here is some of what you'll need (required)…

  • MBA/Bachelor's degree preferred with 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Power BI Dax. Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT) and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Adept at data prep, data modeling, and data visualization
  • Excellent communication skills, design, written and verbal. English
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to achieve timelines.
  • Experience and strong orientation toward analysis and customer service
  • Experience in a startup environment as well as global public companies
  • Experience in Solar Industry
  • Proficient with MySQL and able to write simple SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Familiar with the system life cycle
  • He or she should be fluent in English, familiar with GAAP and have SOX compliance knowledge.
  • The sales orders, reports and dashboards will require attention to detail and accuracy.

The Sales Operations Reporting Analyst will be based in Madrid, Spain. In this position, you will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager. The position will utilize Business Intelligence tools to analyze CRM & ERP data to provide the team with a real-time consistent and accurate view of global Sales activity. You will work closely with the Global Sales & Sales Operations teams in providing required analysis and helping them close the deals.
