Job Title: Assistant/Manager - HR

Qualification:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or related field
• Ability to think strategically and align HR practices with business objectives.
• Familiarity with relevant HR software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Location: Hyderabad Office

Experience:

• 12 to 15 Years of experience with broad range of HR functions from an IT/ ITES company. Preferably looking for only female candidates.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create and support a program that strengthens relationships between employees and the organization, resolving workplace conflicts, handling disciplinary procedures, and promoting employee well-being.
• Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal labour laws and regulations.
• Champion DEI by fostering a work environment that values diverse perspectives, promotes equal opportunities, and is inclusive of all employees. 
• Face of HR for the location and contribute towards strategic growth of location.
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
• Handling Onboarding which includes maintaining MIS, documentation, E-Personal Filing, Induction, communicating HR policy, etc.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and co-ordinate Trainings and Workshops
• Strong leadership and management expertise. Should be able to lead and drive expected outcomes from global team members.
• Strong communications skills, including the ability to listen to the needs of others.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets and goals.
• Ability to self-manage time and tasks, including managing multiple concurrent needs.
• IC role reporting to Director – HR.
