Here is a glimpse of what you'll do….

• Test and commission NEXTracker tracker installations
• Provide tracker controller expertise, supporting controller commissioning process and on-going maintenance
• Provide technical support for NEXTracker customers worldwide, ensuring a best in class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer value
• Manage controller commissioning process for customer acceptance of NEXTracker tracker installations for placement of warranty
• Play a key role in third party qualification for O&M providers
• Support product development, sales, and marketing as requested
• Work closely with Tech Services Team providing in the field repairs and documenting all issues
• Be an internal customer advocate within NEXTracker
• Able to carry a $2000 balance at a time on a personal credit card for travel expenses

What you'll need (required)

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent power generation and commissioning experience
• Strong understanding of customer and technical support for Utility-scale and DG projects Extensive experience with power generation troubleshooting Extensive experience with various controls systems
• Strong drive for Renewable Energy Industry Development Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• OSHA 10
• Up to 75% travel required
• Must be able to walk for the majority of the day while carrying tools
