This position is a hybrid role (3x per week onsite) that will be based at our headquarters in Fremont, California. The Engineering Program Manager will report to the Director of Program Management.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do
Work with the product development department to plan and build program plans to accurately forecast program timeline, resources, and budget
Drive product development program schedules for interconnected programs involving cross-functional activities
Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and milestones
Manage stakeholders to deliver programs with set deliverables and timelines
Identify and resolve roadblocks for program completion
Utilize business systems to communicate status, risks, and milestones regularly
Here is some of what you'll need (required)
10+ years experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Engineering Manager
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical team members
Desire to make decisions based on inputs and expertise from cross-functional teams.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences
Technical background in product development and R&D for mechanical and/or electrical systems
Expertise in Jira and Confluence with ability to learn new software/tools with minimal supervision
Strong interest in renewable energy and green technology
Financial planning and analysis
Salary Applicable to California: $140,000 - $175,000
