What you will do:

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities of workers who are involved in cycle count audits for site 01 inventory.

• Communicate to the Materials Department recommendations of quantities of supplies for purchase 
• Ensure accuracy of all material movement documentation
  • Site 01 and site 80 
• Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly removal of surplus and obsolete material
• Supervisory duties to include: ability to select, lead, and develop Team Members to achieve departmental and individual goals

• Drive Lift Trucks when needed (must be certified)
  • Train the Trainer 
• Audit FIFO parts usage 
• Print, track and post cycle counts
• Root cause analysis of inventory adjustments and provide corrective actions 
• Perform consolidation of parts into less bin locations 
• Assist in the year end physical inventory count and audit
