NASCAR will return for the third year to Chicago, one of the most iconic cities in the world with its breathtaking skyline, lakefront setting, historic landmarks, and world-class attractions including Michigan Avenue, Buckingham Fountain, and the Field Museum. The Chicago Street Course takes NASCAR drivers near many of those highly recognizable landmarks for an experience unlike any other. The NASCAR Chicago Street Race weekend will feature the NASCAR Xfinity Series race on Saturday, July 5, followed by the NASCAR Cup Series competing on Sunday, July 6.

CSR is seeking part-time event staff in guest services and hospitality positions.  As a member of the event staff team, you will be responsible for bringing our guests an unforgettable event experience. Guest services and hospitality event staff is a temporary event-based position.  Shifts and hours will vary depending on specific event needs.

Job Description:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with guests and staff
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Manage staff and volunteers in various locations – hospitality areas, ushers, gates, information booths
• Assist guests in a safe and friendly manner
• Follow directions/information provide to answer any guest questions
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts standing/walking for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Previous guest services or hospitality experience preferred
