Mount Sinai Doctors - West 57th Street:

With all the noise, color, flash and bustle of Times Square, Broadway and Rockefeller Center, Midtown is the neighborhood many picture first when they think of New York.

147th Street:

This site is an established primary care practice with easy access to the subway. While working in conjunction with several other PCPs and specialists, as well as administrative staff members, the ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction.

Mount Sinai Doctors - East 85th Street is a multispecialty medical practice located in the Yorkville neighborhood of Manhattans Upper East Side. Our physicians and staff work together in a highly collaborative environment to provide quality care to patients of all ages. We offer primary care to children and adults, as well as prenatal care and an array of other specialties.

MSD Downtown - Union Square:

The brand-new renovated space opened May 13, 2019 and is located at 10 Union Square East at the heart of the Mount Sinai Downtown Network, near a busy subway station, and in close proximity to tons of choices for food and drink. This multi-specialty practice works in close collaboration with specialists throughout the building and with additional services including radiology, physical therapy, and urgent care.

The Union Health Center (UHC) is an innovative primary and multi-specialty center focused on providing well-coordinated and accessible healthcare. UHC has been providing care to New Yorkers for over one hundred years and has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home since 2009.

Hudson Yards:

Mount Sinai is one of the largest non-profit health systems in the U.S., with a strong reputation for quality of care (18th ranked academic medical center) and research/education (22nd ranked medical school).Minimum of 3 years experience managing a continuity panel of primary care patients.

Ansonia Building:

Come be part ofa new brand of primary care-- focused on patient AND provider, optimizing the experience for both. The Mount Sinai West Primary Care FPA in the historic Ansonia building at 73rd and Broadway, a beautiful newly renovated clinical space, with an emphasis on natural light and calm.

The Friedman Health Center for the Performing Arts is the medical care provider for New York City's entertainment and performing arts community. While working in conjunction with several other PCPs and specialists, as well as administrative staff members.

Columbus Avenue:

Ninth Avenue, known as Columbus Avenue between West 59th and 110th Streets, is a thoroughfare on the West Side of Manhattan in New York City. Position Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University
  • New York Medical License
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Some experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
  • A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
