Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC, is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our Outpatient team.

Role Summary: Interprets and evaluates appropriateness of patient medications with concomitant disease states. Communicates drug information to all customers and provides pharmaceutical care. Clinic sites include but are not limited to anticoagulation, primary care, and outpatient heart failure clinics.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. A residency in ambulatory care and/or Pharm.D. degree with experience in ambulatory care is preferred
- An active license to practice in North Carolina, or eligible to become licensed in North Carolina within 60 days
- Previous hospital experience and/or pharmacy residency is desirable
