• Serve as a Business Analyst in an Agile team and define business requirements.
• Assist in refining and managing user stories and creating business process maps and other documentation.
• Work consultatively with business units and the data team (Data Engineering, BI Engineering, Data Science) on data driven strategies that improve business processes and decision making. 
• Work with prepared data sets using data tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI. 
• Conduct root cause and comparative analysis and identify opportunities to improve business operations.
• Use Power BI to identify opportunities, drive process improvements, guide requirements refinement, and help the data team with the development lifecycle. 
• Hybrid/Onsite work setting

Here is what we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, or Business Administration with specialization in IT, Computer Sciences or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst position overseeing the design, development, and implementation of solutions in the form reports, dashboards, applications, systems, and processes is required.
• Demonstrated excellent analytical and creative problem-solving.
• Experience with PowerBI, SQL and advanced use of Excel for report writing and data mining is highly preferred.

Base Pay/Salary:

$115,000.00 - $135,000.00

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is $115,000 to $135,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
