  • Collaborates in the requirements gathering, planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications as well as enhancements to existing applications with functional areas and bridge the communication link across EIT departments.
  • Develops business process models, business requirements, user stories and product backlogs.
  • Coordinates, performs and manages in-depth testing processes, including developing and maintaining formal detailed Test Scripts, tracking issues, obtaining end-user reviews and signoff for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
  • Exhibits extreme leadership qualities including owning meetings, presenting data, and driving initiatives, requirements, & projects to closure. Must be comfortable owning and driving meetings with all levels of staff present including VP and C suite stakeholders and project sponsors.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, or Business Administration with specialization in IT or equivalent is required.  Two years of equivalent experience can substitute for every one year of education.
  •  A minimum of 3 years' experience in a business analyst position overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products is required. Financial institution experience is preferred.
  • Experience with financial core processing platforms like Symitar Episys Quest, is a plus.
  • Must have basic project management skills, excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving.
  • Must possess the ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required and communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. INDMF

Base Pay/Salary:

$85,000.00 - $115,000.00

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
