Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in Wisconsin and Illinois, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Sleep Medicine team at our Perryville Clinic in Rockford, IL.

Opportunity:
- NP will support the Sleep Medicine practice and work alongside Sleep Medicine MD, Sleep Medicine Technologist and Respiratory Therapist.
- NP will be involved in the evaluation and management of adult and pediatric patients with sleep complaints such as daytime sleepiness, snoring, restless leg syndrome and insomnia.
- Responsible for managing patients in the office setting at Perryville Specialty Clinic.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm schedule and low acuity patient base is GREAT for work-life balance.
- No call required!

Qualifications:
- Accredited schooling through a Nurse Practitioner Program
- Obtain CME experience as required for re-certification
- Hold valid state license and CME credits for license renewal
- Current DEA number
- ATLS certification
- Other certifications as required
