Service Center Technician
Mercy Customer Service Center
1st shift Flex:
7:00am-5:30pm, alternating weekends
Primary Functions: Fulfill customer requests, resolve customer technical issues, and respond to customer questions in a timely manner to ensure ongoing effectiveness of the desktop computing environment. Typical activities include - Event Management; Service Request Fulfillment; Incident Management; Problem Management; Access Provisioning; Continual Service Improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in Level 1 end-user support role.
- Required Education: High School Diploma and technical vocational training or equivalent work experience.
