Overview:
Mercy is currently seeking experienced nurses for Regional Resource RNs. Availability of shifts include full-time and part-time night shift. Nurses in these roles will be able to self-schedule and must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy facilities within 90 miles from their home address.
Facilities available include:
- Springfield
- Joplin
- Carthage
- Aurora
- Cassville
- Mountain View
- Lebanon
- Mercy Ortho Hospital (Ozark, MO)
Currently, the only units available in this role is the Emergency Department (Nights). Candidates able to work night shift are heavily encouraged to apply! Competitive pay, shift differentials, weekend differentials, and weekend option opportunities available!
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure with State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice or current temporary work permit in the applicable state of practice.
- Experience: 3 years of RN experience in the Emergency Department within the past 12 months.
- Certifications:
- ED: BLS, ACLS, & PALS
- Physical Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
