Find your calling at Mercy! The Registered Nurse is responsible to use the Nursing Process to meet the needs of patients according to the professional standards of nursing care. Assures that the philosophy, mission, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Mercy are followed. The Registered Nurse if responsible for the quality of care of a caseload of patients; delegates appropriately and directs staff in the delivery of care. The RN may be assigned to work shifts in all four of the rural hospitals in a pay period. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:
Education: Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
Licensure: Current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
Experience: Entry Level.
Certification/Registration: CPR minimal.
