Description
Mercy is recruiting board eligible or board certified Physicians with a specific interest in building relationships, focusing on wellness, changing lives, and making a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Multiple practice locations throughout the St. Louis market.

Dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in basket support
In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters – annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits

30 minute – 1 hour appointment slots for all patients – adequate time without rush
Manage a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support
No holidays, weekends, or evenings
Administration dedicated to reducing physician burnout - comprehensive physician wellness program
This position offers:
Compensation will be a guaranteed annual salary plus quality incentives and not dependent on production metrics or wRVUs allowing you to focus on relationships and time with patients!
