Under the supervision of a registered physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech therapist assists in the delivery of therapy services in compliance with federal regulation and rules promulgated by the Missouri State Board of registration for the Healing Arts. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles and mercy service standards. Position Details:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Certifications: BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire
Other: Demonstrated skills in the practical application of therapeutic procedures. Good interpersonal skills. Patient care may include lifting requirements in the 30–50-pound range and require extensive bending and standing. : May occasionally work with office equipment. copy machines, telephones, computer. Must demonstrate competency in equipment used for the delivery of modalities and patient care.
