Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and taking patient messages. Giving general information regarding their visit instructions and expectations. Maintain calm, pleasant professional, attitude. Delivers excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette. Position Details:
*This is a hybrid remote position. The person hired for this role will be required to completed at least 90 days of full-time, in-person training before remote work becomes available, and will have occasional onsite responsibilities after the training period. Must live in the state of Oklahoma.*

Physical Requirements:
• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
