Overview:
- Responsible for development and promotion of the day-to-day activities of their assigned Hub within the Contact Center in the state of practice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:Education: High School degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Supervisory experience or demonstrated experience serving as a team lead.
- Participate in Mercy's Preceptor training/experience.
- Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Excels at quality assurance screening performed by CCLT.
- Demonstrated record of performance consistently exceeding expectations in Patient Service Agent roles.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years' experience with medical terminology, insurance plans, verification of benefits, authorization and predetermination.
- Physical Requirements: Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
