The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned. Position Details: Location Mercy Hospital Jefferson 1400 Highway 61 Festus, MO 63028 Hours/Schedule Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN Days/Evenings/Nights - Rotating Holidays/Weekends 
Qualifications:

• Education: None.
• Licensure: Food Handler within 180 days.
• Experience: 2 or more years of food service experience preferred.
• Certifications: Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Skills and Abilities:
  • Effectively communicate in English, both orally and written.
  • Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
• Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:
  • Able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
  • Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer
