Overview:

 

Case Representative (Remote, NWA)

This remote position supports patients in the Northwest Arkansas (NWA) region by guiding them through the eligibility process for Arkansas Medicaid. The Case Representative is critical in ensuring timely and accurate application processing while maintaining compliance with state-specific Medicaid procedures.

  • Application Oversight: Submitting and reviewing applications for Arkansas Medicaid submitted through AccessArkansas for completeness and accuracy.
  • Documentation & Routing: Review EPIC notes and application details to determine next steps. Submit appropriate forms to the Arkansas Medicaid Portal.
  • Case Management: Monitor and Manage assigned workqueues, ensuring timely follow-up on pending cases.
  • Collaboration with screeners, analysts, and leadership to resolve application issues, request retro applications, and ensure all required Medicaid documentation is submitted.

This role requires prior experience with Arkansas Medicaid and a strong understanding of its application and documentation processes. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while supporting patients across the NWA region.


Qualifications:

  • Qualifications

    • Required: Prior experience with Arkansas Medicaid, including familiarity with eligibility criteria, application workflows, and documentation standards.
    • Preferred: Experience using EPIC and state Medicaid portals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

     

    This is a fully remote position supporting the NWA region. Candidates must be self-directed, tech-savvy, and capable of managing sensitive patient information with discretion and accuracy.
