Overview:

This is a REMOTE position.

 

The Analyst – PCA (Physician Contract Administration) will provide analytical support and handle data entry tasks related to the physician payroll process. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of all payroll information for physician compensation. This position also will continuously audit physician payroll records to maintain quality assurance.  

·         Collect and process payroll submissions for semi-monthly payroll.

·         Maintain database for physician payroll contract information.

·         Read and understand physician contracts as pertains to payroll information.

·         Run reports, analyze, and interpret data and communicate results.

·         Communicate effectively with internal customers.

·         Update physician records as needed in HRIS.

·         Track and process new and terminated physicians.

·         Partner with Finance to ensure all general ledger information is correct.

·         Perform all duties on a very specific time schedule meeting set deadlines.

·         Keep various spreadsheets and tracking devices up to date.

·         Other duties as assigned.

 


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Two (2) years of Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, or information systems experience.
  • Required Education: High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Other: Strong working knowledge of Computer software, and general spreadsheet management. Experience with Microsoft Windows and strong working knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), with high emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
