Memorial Hospital is currently accepting applications for a Florida-licensed Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) on a PRN/per diem/as-needed basis in our Radiology Department. Flexible availability to cover various shifts on weekdays and weekends is necessary. CRT, ARRT (R) and BLS are required. OR, ER, IP and OP experience is needed.
The Radiology Technologist is responsible for producing quality diagnostic radiographs which are ready for interpretation by the Radiologist in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements. The Radiology Tech will also maintain accurate records for each patient and procedure.

- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology (Associate-level)
- ARRT (R)
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Customer service abilities including effective listening skills
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
- Lifting 100 lbs maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of patients/objects/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
