We are seeking a X-Ray Team Lead for our Monday - Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
As a X-Ray Team Lead Tech, you will act as the point of contact for their modality to the Assistant Director and Director of Imaging Services. This position assumes all responsibilities of the activities within their area.
What you will do in this role:
You must be able to perform the clinical, technical, and administrative aspects of the job.
You will ensure appropriate staffing based on the patient/work load for their area.
You will enforce attendance and tardy policies and reports any discrepancies.
You will perform and submit fair and unbiased performance evaluations.
You will be responsible for maintaining good order and discipline in the workplace. Performs verbal and written disciplinary actions when necessary.
You will create and maintain appropriate work and call schedules (when applicable).
You will order and maintain supplies area.
You will ensure all equipment are operational and if not, takes immediate and appropriate corrective actions to maintain operations.
You will ensure proper QA and QC procedures are performed.
You will enforce all policies and procedures specific to their modality.
QualificationsWhat qualifications you will need:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiological Sciences
Current state of Florida Radiology Technologist license, ARRT (or equivalent), and current CPR.
