General Summary of Position
Entry-level videographer who works closely with the Senior Videographer to ensure video production is successful for MedStar Health. The Videographer I is responsible for the creation, development, and production of video and audio content, both in the SiTEL studio and on-location at various MedStar Health locations. This role involves the full spectrum of video production, including shooting, editing, and producing. The ideal candidate will either possess or be eager to learn skills in pre-production and post-production tasks, including storyboarding, shot planning, and logistical coordination.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree In visual or digital arts, videography, related field or equivalent work experience. required
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience
- 1-2 years Experience with video production or animation, or field audio mixing/capture is required. 1 year of experience as part of a Production crew or camera operation is preferred. required
- One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of professional video and audio equipment, lighting techniques, and production tools. MS Office or other document creation suite. Experience or willingness to learn the full video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production duties. Animation and motion graphics knowledge is a plus. A portfolio is required to demonstrate competency. Adobe Creative Cloud Suite experience is a plus, and in use. Great organizational skills.
This position has a hiring range of $58,656 - $98,384
