Description
The ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform, Employee Center Pro and NowAssist Modules. This role requires close collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure the platform aligns with business needs and enhances the overall employee experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field required
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator HRSD and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and NowAssist modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and NowAssist modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data management.
- Experience with content conversion within ServiceNow Employee Center Pro.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in project management or leading HRSD implementation projects.
- Familiarity with other HR technologies and systems.
