General Summary of Position
Plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Defines project objectives and oversees quality control throughout the project life cycle.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
Experience
- 1-2 years Work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Working knowledge of various safety program operations, processes, and policies; demonstrated understanding of performance improvement mechanisms and data collection; and experience working effectively with patient safety officers, risk management teams, other leaders and front line staff. experience in working within a team environment as member, facilitator, and process manager. proven record of managing projects to successful completion required
Licenses and Certifications
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI PMP Certification is highly encouraged within 1 Year
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, motivate, and control resources to achieve specific goals, under the constraints of project scope, time, quality, and budget.
This position has a hiring range of $70,428 - $131,310
