Maintains appropriate laboratory operations. Secures staffing, maintains policy and procedural protocols, and resolves problems.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field required or
- Master's degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field required or
- Doctoral degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field required or
- Doctoral degree in Medicine required
Experience
- 1-2 years of progressively more responsible clinical laboratory experience for applicants with a Bachelor's degree required or
- 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience for applicants with a M.D degree, or Master's or PhD degree required
Licenses and Certifications
- ASCP - American Society of Clinical Pathologist certification for Bachelor's degree holders who supervise technical staff. required
- The ASCP certification requirement is waived for applicants who supervise non-technical staff only, or those with a M.D degree, or with a Master's or PhD degree. required
This position has a hiring range of $87,318 - $157,289
