General Summary of Position
This analyst is responsible for the build and maintenance of the Epic OpTime surgery module.
Responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of, Epic solutions. Supports requirements definition, process and use documentation, product testing, product troubleshooting, product upgrades, and report development.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience
- 3-4 years 4 years related technical experience preferably in a healthcare or business environment required and
- Experience in systems analysis/development, customer service, vendor interaction, and information systems required
- One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Licenses and Certifications
- EPIC - EPIC Certification required Epic certification(s) must be obtained within ninety (90) days from last class completion within 90 Days required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Analytical ability to solve technical problems.
- Competent in microcomputing including desktop applications, project management, and communication and emulation applications.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with internal/external customers.
- Understanding of information systems and their impact on customers.
This position has a hiring range of $80,995 - $152,027
