General Summary of Position
Responsible for oversight of patient experience measurement services project management data analysis and research reporting. Oversees the day-to-day relationship between MedStar Health and its primary survey vendor Press Ganey. Manages a growing portfolio of patient experience surveys and public review measurement services. Advises entity and system leaders on the patient experience measurement process.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Business Administration Health Administration or Public Health required and
• Master's degree Master's degree in Market Research Survey Research Business Administration Health Administration or Public Health preferred

• 5-7 years 4 to 5 years of experience managing data-intensive projects preferably in health care required and
• experience coordinating and managing project stakeholders; experience with quantitative and qualitative market research; experience using software programs to collect maintain manipulate present data and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau required and
• SPSS or Q experience preferred

• No special certification registration or licensure required.

• Strong project management skills.
• Solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and survey research statistics.
• Familiarity with statistical software and data analysis tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of how research insights inform and support organizational strategy.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and proactively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
