Float Pool – Benefit Eligible
Float Pool Nurses serve Med Surg/Post Surgical, Neuro Med Surg Tele, Renal Med Surg Tele, Tele, IMC, ICU and ED units as long as the nurse has experience in those areas.
Pay Rate Summary
- Base Pay based on Nursing experience
- Night Differential (X 12 hours)
- Float Differential (X 12 hours)
- Weekend Differential (X 12 hours)
- Charge/Preceptor Pay (when working these shifts)

Schedule:
Full Time Nights: three 12-hour shifts & every 3rd weekend
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- 2 years of RN experience required; at least 1 year of acute care RN experience strongly preferred within the last 5 years; Med Surg RN experience a plus.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross) within 90 days after starting. ACLS and NIHSS preferred.
This position has a hiring range of
USD $41.96 - USD $59.91 /Hr.
