Primary Duties:
Provide high-level executive and administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and communications in support of hospital operations and leadership initiatives.
Manage departmental budgeting and purchasing tasks, including invoice processing and tracking.
Serve as a professional liaison between the SVP, internal teams, and external partners.
Coordinate special projects, leadership meetings, and hospital events with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3–4 years of administrative or executive assistant experience required, preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information.

USD $59,820.00 - USD $101,836.00 /Yr.
