Summary:
Support the day-to-day operations of a busy Orthopedics department by providing high-level administrative, scheduling, and financial support to leadership. This role serves as a key liaison across clinical, operational, and administrative teams while helping keep the department running efficiently.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to department leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, reporting, and special projects
Coordinate scheduling, communications, and patient-related administrative processes as applicable
Support department operations, including purchasing, reimbursements, budget tracking, and database maintenance
Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison with internal teams, physicians, and external partners
Assist with staff coordination, onboarding, training, and other personnel-related activities as assigned
Minimal Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
3+ years of progressively responsible administrative or office experience
Prior supervisory or senior administrative experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related administrative systems
This position has a hiring range of
USD $58,656.00 - USD $98,384.00 /Yr.
