About the Job

General Summary of Position
Accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of data management reporting visualization and analysis. This role transforms complex datasets into meaningful insights that guide strategy measure impact and support continuous improvement of organizational processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Cleans validates and interprets data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure usability and reliability.
  • Develops documents and operationalizes workflows to integrate and blend data across systems and platforms.
  • Designs and executes quality assurance (QA) processes to verify data accuracy completeness and consistency.
  • Troubleshoots data issues and errors identifying root causes and implementing corrective solutions.
  • Analyzes and integrates datasets using established analytical techniques to uncover relationships trends and actionable insights.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards reports and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights to audiences with varying levels of data literacy.
  • Translates analytical findings into concise meaningful summaries and presents results to project stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
  • Creates and maintains clear detailed technical and analytical documentation including data definitions workflows and assumptions.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners and actively participates in department and team meetings to support shared goals.
  • Adheres to data governance privacy and security standards while supporting continuous improvement of analytical processes.

Minimal Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics statistics mathematics informatics computer science business engineering or related field required

Experience

  • 1-2 years 2+ years of related experience required

Licenses and Certifications

  • Certified Tableau Specialist preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and conduct appropriate analysis to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL MS Excel Tableau or other data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing large data sets.
  • Experience in the application of statistical techniques and concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.

USD $71,843.00 - USD $135,907.00 /Yr.
