GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Plans, organizes, directs, defines and coordinates clinical services necessary to meet the legal, organizational, medical staff and regulatory agencies guidelines. Provide case management, education, group and individual therapy, and discharge planning. Performs community and educational activities.
- 1-2 years in social services and or case management preferred and experience with psychiatric patients a plus
- Currently licensed by the State of Texas in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW) or LPC (LPC-1)
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited school, holds a license as per state requirement. License would be required to complete patient assessments and also if required by state and federal guidelines.
