We would love to talk to you about this fantastic opportunity.   The Sous Chef under the general supervision of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef assists with daily operations of the kitchen as a Team Leader and Second in command of the kitchen.  In the Absence of the Executive Chef the Sous Chef will be responsible of daily food operations.  The Sous Chef will assist with engineering menus, orders, managing waste, executing all safety/sanitation standards, assure all production is timely, filling into positions wherever necessary

Qualifications

    • Culinary Arts degree or Certified Chef OR 5+ years experience in the hotel/restaurant food industry
    • Food Safety Managers Certificate
    • 3-5 years culinary experience, supervisory experience preferred
