SCHEDULE: Full-time

Manager of Cardiac Cath Lab Medical City Arlington   Under the general supervision of the Unit/Department Director or designee, the Manager is responsible for the efficient, effective running of the assigned units. This includes, but is not limited to management of the budget, provision of patient care services, performance improvement, compliance with regulatory standards, and business development.  In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in department.   About Medical City Arlington Originally opened in August of 1976 as Arlington Community Hospital in a rural part of town, Medical City Arlington has developed into a 432 bed full-service hospital located in the heart of the growing South Arlington area. There are well over 1,000 full-time and part-time nurses, therapists, technicians and other healthcare personnel that make up our team. Medical City Arlington is proud to be a leader in Dallas/Fort worth healthcare with nearly 600 highly skilled physicians who represent a wide variety of medical specialties. Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education/Skills

Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred.

 

  1. Experience

3 or more year's previous Cath Lab experience required; supervisory experience required.

 

  1. Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications

Registered Nurse License eligible to practice in the State of Texas; OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Technician (RCIS); OR Registered Radiology Technician (RRT). ACLS and BLS required and must be obtained from an HCA approved vendor.
